Lock down approved database types using Turbot

Within Turbot, the AWS > RDS > Instance Approved Database Engines guardrail setting can explicitly allow specific database types in an AWS account.

For example, to allow only MariaDB as an approved database engine, the following policies must be configured.

AWS > RDS > MySQL must be set to Enabled.

AWS > RDS > Instance Approved Database Engines must be set to mariadb (note that database engine types must be entered into the policy using all lower case)
