Contacting Turbot Support team

Turbot provides two specific ways for customers to reach out to the technical support team. Some clients will restrict communication methods due to internal policies.

1. Email for general help. Questions surrounding the product, documentation questions, and professional services requests are typical using this method.

2. Slack (where approved) is a great resource for quick assistance. Customers can notify Turbot of urgent issues by utilizing the Slack command @here. However, be aware that using the @here command will notify everyone in the channel. It is generally best to save that command when high impact issues arise. Turbot support monitors Slack channels around the clock.
